           About Hershey ~

We love our location because of its friendly atmosphere and proximity to family attractions.  The town of Hershey is home to HersheyPark, Chocolate World, Zoo America, the magnificent Hershey Gardens, the historic Hershey Theatre, and the Hershey Story Museum.  There are many lovely places to dine in town, and the Outlets at Hershey provide a shopper’s paradise.

As a special treat to quilters, Hershey is also the host town of Quilt Odyssey!  Quilt Odyssey celebrated its 12th anniversary in July 2011.  For more information about this annual quilt show please visit:  www.quiltodyssey.com.

We are fortunate to have many concerts and events at the Hershey Stadium, and the Giant Center, also home to the Hershey Bears Ice Hockey AHL Champions.  One of the largest events in the area, the Antique Auto Show, takes place every October drawing auto enthusiasts from all over the world.

There is an abundance of activities in our area including:  golfing, fishing, hiking, and camping in the beautiful countryside; concerts, art shows, culture and cuisine; sports, shopping, fun and recreation.  For additional information please visit the following websites:  www.hersheypartnership.com and www.hersheycapitalregion.com.

Our unique location in South Central Pennsylvania places us in close proximity to Lancaster and the rich Amish heritage it is known for; Philadelphia and Harrisburg for cultural experiences and city life; and Gettysburg where much of our nation’s history lies embedded in the battlefields of the Civil War.

As you can see, the diversity of our region offers something for everyone!

We hope you'll stop in to visit us when you are in the area,
