Quiltmakers Cottage is located on Chocolate Avenue in Hershey, PA.  Our shop is just down the street from the Hershey Chocolate Factory,

and Yes! the sweet smell
of chocolate often permeates the air…


Quilting and chocolate - could there be anything

better than that?


 With over 2,000 bolts of fabric, we strive to have something for everyone including lines from Moda, Benartex, P&B, Hoffman, Marcus Brothers,

and Free Spirit . . . to name a few.

The many books and patterns we carry support the eclectic selection of fabric styles that make up our inventory. 

Our selection and quality of kits is exceptional.  We also carry a lovely collection of gifts and notions.

~ Weather Warning ~

 

 

When the weather outside is frightful,

there is a chance that we may change our shop hours.

 

Our standard procedure is to follow the

Derry Township School District decision to either

delay opening, close early, or be closed for the day.

 

On occasion, we may differ from the school's decision. 

So please,  before you make the trip ~

give us a call ~ we do not wish to disappoint you.

 

When travel conditions are dangerous,

our first concern is for the safety of

our customers and our staff.

 

THIS is why we have fabric stashes, right?

Stay warm and safe, and sew, sew, sew.

Ronald McDonald House in Hershey,
 
Columbia Cottage in Campbelltown,
 
Cornwall Manor in Lebanon,

Meals on Wheels in Hershey and Middletown,

Pillows of Love, and
 
Hospice of Central PA in Harrisburg.

 

   

 

We are a participating shop in the American Patchwork & Quilting

 One Million Pillowcase Challenge.

We will be scheduling more
Pillowcase Workshop Days.
